Brrrrrr

Most people would say that the winters here in the Pacific NorthWest are quite mild. Although we do not see alot of snow, approximately 38 inches of rain falls upon us each year. The mix of the rain and cooler weather means winter training can be tough for even the most resilient! Surprisingly, we see karters at our track all winter long toughing it out!  Here are a couple tips to help you brave the cold and wet.

1. Come prepared - make sure you have adequate rain gear for your suit and feet to ensure your clothing stays dry.

2. Use hot shots in your gloves and shoes for added warmth.

3. Keep moving!
