Return/Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final. Italian Motors does not provide refunds of any kind.
  2. Certain circumstances will allow for exchange or return for in store credit. To request an authorization for an exchange or return, contact Claudia at info@italianmotors.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
  3. Clearance items, used items, custom orders or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Exchanges will not be eligible for the free shipping promotion and you will be responsible for the shipping amount of the exchanged item.
  5. If the item was defective or damaged prior to you receiving it, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.  In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back in their own prepaid, insured and traceable packaging (does not have to be the same it came in) and courier.
  6. If an item was damaged during shipping, IM will submit a claim with the shipping company. The shipping company is responsible for replacing the part and refunding any applicable shipping charges.
  7. Any shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
