Situated in the beautiful Pacific North West, the premier race track is close to Bellingham, Lynden, Birch Bay, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, White Rock, Langley and Vancouver. SIMA is surrounded by lush green grass which keeps the dust to a minimum. The track is made up of 17 technical corners which offer many opportunities to pass and re-pass. The track is 30 feet wide and 3955 ft. (0.75 miles) long. It features CIK style exit and apex curbing.

The track is designed to run in three different configurations, Full course, East course or West course. These layouts make it possible to entertain rental go karts, racing karts or schools all at the same time. A world-class track must have the proper amenities, such as a scoring tower, member rentable garages, kart storage and an on site kart shop with professional technicians for any of your karting needs. SIMA also has first-rate facilities such as meeting rooms, café and washrooms. ⁠

2021 Facility Expansion

On November 13, 2020, Italian Motors was been granted approval to move forward with plans for a track and facility expansion. The project will be completed in phases as finances allow. However, the prospect of growth and something new is a welcomed change of focus, and something we are very excited to share with the karting community.⁠

The expansion will increase the track length from ¾ of a mile long to 1.04 miles of racing surface. The addition of a new 630ft. pit lane will increase the total combined track length to 1.16 miles (1.87 km), providing racers with one of the longest racing surfaces in the region.⁠
